Our upgraded bolt is over 37% stronger than the BMW revised bolt and significantly more durable than the original BMW part. To be precise our bolt can take 170,000 psi pressure (Extreme strength bolt). Paired with our solid end bushing to create seamless permanent fix.

Full fitting instructions - Installation time 1.5hrs.

These are tested kits, not many owners know the true condition of their current bolt due to location not being easily accessible, however very high ratio who do remove confirm failure (Bent), whilst other vehicle’s make clunking sound or grinding/whining which reflects the bolt being nearer the end of it’s life span - Do not wait around for sounds, this can cause pre mature wear on other components. We advise this fix.

Bmw are aware of issue, they have revised bolt in 2021/22 but unfortunately it’s proven unsuccessful.

Whilst we are aware of other solution’s “Complete Solid bushing” or “lockdown kit” we don’t recommend. From the feedback first hand on our test vehicles and worldwide customers base. Firstly the sound it’s creates through cabin and crunch on low speeds doesn’t make this a great experience for daily driving. Leaving zero flexibility within the area will lead to cataphoric component failure in due time. Vehicles which are suited for solid bushing are track only vehicles.

NOTE: These bolts have been tested on many vehicles worldwide from stock, stage 1, stage 2 and stage 3 vehicles, these are not homemade bolts kit, we have sold over 70 units worldwide and proven highly successful.
