What’s Included in the FJM750 Package:

• FEMTO ECU Unlock: We unlock your factory ECU to enable full tuning capabilities — allowing advanced control of ignition, fueling, boost, and torque for serious, reliable power gains. (Fastest turnaround in the UK – 3–4 working days.) 

• FJM Catless Downpipes or Heat-Shielded Sports Cats, Precision TIG-welded stainless-steel downpipes engineered for maximum flow and minimal backpressure. Integrated thermal shielding ensures excellent heat management and long-term durability.

• FJM Midpipe Upgrade / Filter Delete, Our high-flow single midpipe with integrated filter delete dramatically improves exhaust flow and tone. Expect deeper acoustics, sharper response, and reduced restriction — perfectly suited to high-output S58 engines.

• FJM Stage 2 Custom ECU Calibration (BootMod3 Licence Included): Custom-calibrated Flex Fuel engine mapping designed specifically for this hardware configuration. The tune can be run on fuels ranging from 99 RON pump fuel up to E30 ethanol blend, with power output automatically adjusting based on fuel content to ensure optimal performance, reliability, and OEM-like drivability.

• FJM Stage 3 XHP TCU Gearbox Tune: Stage 3 XHP calibration redefines the way your M-car shifts. Expect:

• Up to 25% faster shifts in D mode and 50% faster in S/M modes
• Raised torque limits and line pressure for stronger clutch engagement
• True manual mode (no forced upshifts) and rev-matched downshifts
  This tune is essential to unlock the full torque potential of your S58 and is paired with all our ECU tunes as standard.

• FJM Performance Drop-In Filters: High-flow filters designed for OEM air boxes — improved airflow and filtration without added noise or reduced comfort.

• FJM Flex Fuel Kit with Ethanol Content Analyzer: The complete Flex Fuel system allows seamless running of varying ethanol blends (e.g. 99 RON pump fuel up to E30 on stock system, reliable.)

Live ethanol content is displayed directly on your speedometer for effortless monitoring through your BM3 FlexFuel integration. This system enables automatic tuning adjustments for fuel mix, offering maximum performance and safety under all conditions.

 Step-by-Step Process – FJM750 Installation:

Step 1 – Purchase Your Package

Select your desired setup and confirm your booking.

Step 2 – Consultation & Booking

Our technicians will contact you for a brief consultation to understand your goals and schedule your build.

 Step 3 – Vehicle Drop-Off & ECU Unlock

Drop off your car at our secure facility in Cambridge, Peterborough, or Essex.

Your ECUs are sent to Femto (Finland) for unlocking — typically 3–5 working days.

 Step 4 – Hardware Installation & Testing

All hardware components are professionally installed and road-tested to ensure safety, reliability, and performance consistency.

 Step 5 – Gearbox & ECU Calibration

We install the XHP gearbox map followed by custom ECU tuning using BootMod3.

This process typically takes 1–3 days and includes real-time logging and refinement — no generic base maps, no shortcuts.

For best results, please run Shell V-Power or Tesco Momentum 99 for at least two weeks prior to tuning.

 Step 6 – Vehicle Handover & Review

Upon completion, your vehicle is handed over with full setup explanation and usage guidance, including BM3 operation for flex-fuel, pops/bangs, and custom map switching.
